How to Like a Post on LinkedIn as a Company

Step One

Head over to Linkedln Official site. You need to understand that this process mainly works on a desktop and most times does not work on a phone or tablet.

Log into your LinkedIn profile and click on your account (which is the company account you want to use or use) on the navigation bar.

Underneath your name, you’ll see two sections, Account and Manage. Under the Manage section, select the company page or post you want to like.

Click on the like button. If you are using a laptop, it is located at the bottom of the post.

If you are using a mobile device, it is located at the top right corner of the post.

The X will turn into a checkmark when you have clicked on it.

Step Two

Once you have clicked on the like button, you will be asked to enter your company name and title and what your LinkedIn URL is to be identified as liking this post.

You can either enter your information or click Skip to proceed without entering any information.

Once you have done that, press Done to complete the process.

Step Three

When you like a post from your company’s account, all other employees who follow that account will see that you liked this post.

If they click on your account, they’ll see how many times posts were liked by all followers, including themselves.

You can also see how many people followed them and how many people they followed back by looking at their page or visiting their profile.

Remember that if someone likes one of your posts and you haven’t accepted their connection request yet, then it won’t show up on your home feed.

There are three ways to find a person’s public posts.

They can be found by searching for the person’s name with the word posts next to it.

They could be found by clicking on Public Posts in a specific person’s profile or by clicking LinkedIn today in the top navigation bar under News Feed.

If someone has more than 500 connections, you can no longer access their public posts through the search function.

It should also be noted that when someone sends an InMail message to another user, even if they’re not connected yet, there is an option for sending as the company, which means that when this user clicks on the message, they will see both the sender’s company name and logo as well as the receiver’s company name and logo.

It should also be noted that each user has two types of privacy settings- default settings where users may decide whether to allow others to send InMails (or messages).

In contrast, setting preferences allows users control over how each message gets delivered-either delivered privately or publicly.

What to Put On LinkedIn When You Are Unemployed

Don’t feel ashamed to be unemployed. But, on the other hand, don’t let your profile languish either; keep your profile up-to-date, including any new skills or experience you may have gained since becoming unemployed.

Use LinkedIn’s Open Candidates feature to let recruiters know you’re looking for new opportunities.

Always seek out connections in your field, join relevant groups, and participate in discussions.

Use keywords thoughtfully to make sure your profile comes up in searches. Keep your profile and resume consistent with each other.

Use LinkedIn’s job search feature to find job postings that match your skills and interests.

Is It Better to Like or Share a LinkedIn Post?

If you’re a company and you’re trying to figure out whether it’s better to like or share a post on LinkedIn, here are tips to help you make the decision

1. Is there anything particular about your brand that should determine how you engage with content?

What makes your brand special? When people see your responses, they know immediately that it’s coming from your brand.

2. How active is your target audience on LinkedIn? Remember to consider where most of your target audience is when they check their feed.

3. Are you making an announcement or seeking engagement? Think about why you’re engaging with posts. If possible, respond to get more attention than likes.
