We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Furniture Production Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire operations of the facility with aim for high performance
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
• Provide training and educating the workers on the floor
• Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
• Provide direction and schedules to the Production department
• Ensuring the quality of furniture and other items during the production
• Maintain the production and quality reports on the floor
• Responsible for making the cutting list and Machine program according to the drawings
• Responsible for maintaining and changing the tools like cutting blade, knifes, boring bits and etc.
• Ensure the product quality stage wise according to the internal quality standards

Requirements

• Possess relevant qualifications.
• Must have work experience in the CNC Wood work Machines and Person who works in the Biesse Works in the Rover machines added advantage

Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
