- The National Social Housing Programme portal nshp.gov.ng is designed to help with the registration for the 300,000 Housing Units.
- N200 billion reported to already have been approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as mortgage finance facility to the Family Homes Fund Limited (FHFL), targeted at low-income earners.
- Approval of this fund will fast track the construction of the 300,000 homes in the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory
- The project should create up to 1.8 million jobs in the Construction Value Chain for Nigerians.
