 The Position

  • On this role, you will lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the life of the various projects at Renmoney.

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis consisting of GAP analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from the user community
  • Create prototypes and simulations to provide an accurate, graphical user interface representation, thereby facilitating successful solution design and development
  • Production of high quality and on-time Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents, Business Process Flow documents, Test plans and relevant end-user training documents.
  • Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Information Technology or other related discipline. Post-graduate degree in related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year in Business Analyst function. This experience must include a track record of supporting business applications, documenting business processes, and designing application solutions.

  • Possess the ability to manage & communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders as well as business concepts to technical stakeholders verbally & via documentation.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Project Management & collaboration processes with cross-functional teams
  • Have an understanding of current requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and the ability to apply them in practice
  • Are excel and numbers-savvy and very detail oriented
