Job Summary
- Program Design and capacity to evolve scope and curriculum to global discourse
- Organizational and Social Change Management
- National Policy Engagements
- Development of Critical Accounts, Industry and New Markets
- Global Faculty and Talent Acquisition and Management
- Thought Leadership Expertise,
- Recruitment of Partners; Individuals, Institutions, Organizations and Nations.
- Provide executive leadership to the management of our business verticals; Learning, Advisory and Insights,
- Provide representation and reporting of the company’s programs to the Board, taking accountability for team performance and market impact,
- Lead engagements with all required stakeholders, bringing value to the company in growth, sustainability and reputation,
- Assist the MD in the development and deployment of company strategy and its impact on our business verticals and market at large.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BSc, Masters degree and professional qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience: 10 years + in relevant industry.
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
