Job Title: Sales Manager – Modern Trade

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility the business in Modern trade channel for both local & international chains;
  • Negotiate the business contract with Supermarket chains;
  • Forming and Plan for Structure of Team.
  • Lead and make motivation Team.
  • Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned;
  • Leading the Modern trade sales team.
  • Recruit and training Sales Team.
  • Plan and control promotion programs, activities, and Cost. Especially, cooperated activities in big Events with Customers.
  • Allocating the yearly, monthly sales target;
  • Make a relationship with Top Level Head Quarter of Customer.

Requirements
  • B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Proven work experience in the FMCG industry
  • Experience managing a high performance sales team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
