We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Overview
- To assist the GM in smooth day-to-day running of the school (SimpIinteriors School of Interior Design and Entrepreneurship).
Duties
- Must be a social media savvy.
- Must be good in social media content creation.
- To entertain all enquiries concerning artisans express app.
- To post 3x daily on Artisans express Instagram platform.
- Records all activity of artisans express.
- Post on blogs 2x weekly.
- Helping artisans with Registration on the platform.
- To assist the GM in handling all issues regarding artisans express.
- To make and record weekly report of new artisans.
Qualifications
- OND / HND qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Essential)
- Experience in customer care service.
- A must: Experience in all types of social media platform
- Good in writing content.

- Ability to take the initiative if needed.

- Attention to details
