Job Description
- We are looking to employ graduate trainees for our operations in Lagos. If you are confident, self-motivated, and looking forward to a career in the real estate industry, this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Participate in property sourcing activities and increase the company’s leasing stock.
- Create marketing materials and promote properties.
- Professionally manage enquiries
- Conduct comparative market studies and property research analysis
- Maintain a database of clients.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Maintain and update listing of available properties for lease and sales
- Develop content for presentations
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management or any related field
- Completion of NYSC is a necessity
- 0 – 2 years experience.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Marketing / Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to speak any of the major 3 local languages (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa) would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Team player.
