Job Summary
- We are recruiting a talented social media supervisor to represent the organization by increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media.
- This role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on all social media platforms.
- The social media supervisor’s duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
Responsibilities
- Running company social media advertising campaigns.
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
- Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Requirements
- First Degree from a reputable institution
- 3-5 years relevant experience from a well-structured organization.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
Compensation
N250,000 monthly net salary plus other benefits.
