Job Description Summary
- The Finance Specialist will support the commercial and finance teams on customer financial profile evaluation, recommendation on credit limits and suggest payment security to be negotiated.
- Over that, this position will also support overall commercial finance scope such as data consolidation & reporting for ITO (Inquiry to Order) for HDGT & Aero Service Lines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales and Commercial team to review the profitability and T&Cs of new deals per the DOA guideline
- Support commercial data tracking (Orders / CCM / Down Payments / financials per deal) and analysis for pacing (QMI).
- Focus on strengthening of sales process to drive the accuracy of sales, margin, and cash from new orders forecasts
- Recommend payment security to commercial team to negotiate based on credit evaluation
- Review contracts to identify and mitigate Commercial Finance risks, work with the Sales / Commercial Operations / Tax / Treasury teams to structure deals that maximize profitability and minimize exposure
- Structure transaction Terms & Conditions to optimize revenue recognition, cash collection and reduce financial risk exposure
- Manage Bank Guarantees, Foreign Exchange transactions, and other financial instruments to be issued for the contracts
- Calculation of region Sales Incentives Plan (SIC) – ensure payout are as per defined rules for each business.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation Degree in areas like Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 3- 5 years experience in Finance (FP&A, cash flow evaluation, commercial finance, accounting for instance)
- Fluency in spoken and written French an Advantage

- Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and driving financial performance
- Ability to ‘look around the corners’ – anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
- Proven commercial acumen and negotiation skills gained through experience in dealing with complex contracts.
