We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / OND qualification with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Property Management Solution (PMS) and other Management Software.
- Certification in Customer Relationship Management.
