We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Requirements
- Successful candidates must possess a minimum of SSCE / OND.
Person Specification / Expectations:
- Applicants must be able to achieve monthly sales target
- Applicants must cultivate, develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business.
- Applicants must be able to capture the market.
- Applicant must be committed, highly motivated and driven.
- Applicant must be able to develop great strategies to meet sales targets.
- Applicant must meet monthly sales target
- Applicant must be able to develop a plan to expanding the growth of the company
- Applicant must be able to organize and attend meetings on behalf of the company.
- Applicant must be a good team member and must be able to get along and work strategically with other team members and individuals both in the company and outside the company.
- Applicants must be able to tell their retail story on Social media and display products on any digital platform.
- Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the sales or marketing of Real Estate Products.
- Applicants must exhibit passion for sales
- Applicant must have good selling & communication skills
- Applicant must have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Applicant must be able to thinkfast and creative.
- Applicant must be digitally savvy and understand the use of technology for business.
