I have completed all my documentation remain to write a test but issue of network problem

My account has been blocked since on Friday, the system kept logging me out when I was taking the test with the “session has expired” message. I tried logging to start again and it still logged me out, trying to login again I got the message that my account has been blocked.
I couldn’t start the test again since then.
What can I do to unblock the account please

I was already taking my test but I think network failed. I tried up to 3 times same issue happened. I was told that I’ve been blocked, after 2 days I’m still experiencing same issue. How do I get it rectified?

Am done with my documentation of left for me to take a test.. if I fill my NASIMS ID verification number and my password correctly… Once I submit I will receive immediately your NPWR/2020/006460126 is not in our record

i scored 80 in my test thou not shortlisted but if i check my dashboard on result it will show take test. can it be ratify
