Job Title: Training Account Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Lead the acquisition and management of new and existing training business opportunities; search, proposal delivery, account management and service rendered
• Perform training need assessment for discerning clients in targeted sector
• Design training curriculum based on needs assessment
• Administer and coordinate the delivery of assigned training programs

Person Specification

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree
• An MBA would be an added advantage
• Certifications in any of people management, training and change management programs; Project Management Professional (PMP), CIPD / CIPM / SHRM, ACCA, ACIB, etc.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience with a minimum of 4 in an executive management role
• Evidence of continuous pedagogy management learning
• Evidence of working in learning and change management companies
