We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Supply Chain Officer / Storekeeper
Location: Omole Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
- To ensure safe keeping both to quality and quantity of materials.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Ensure the implementation of the supply procedure complies with company procedure.
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
Qualifications
- HND, OND or BS.c in Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, etc. (Knowledge of Accounting or an accounting degree will be greatly considered
- Great attention to detail Strong reporting skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving
- Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a supply chain officer or storekeeper or logistics officer
- Excellent knowledge of the use of computer and computer applications and software
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Strong communication skills
