Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Ogudu – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- We are seeking a creative, proactive and efficient individual who will help Diagnose construction / machinery problems, resolve malfunctions or other crises, and prepare work schedules in collaboration with contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize materials and ensure sites are clean and safe
- Draw up work schedules on site
- Complete quality assurance and provide feedback.
- Provide technical advice for the improvement on projects
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best contracts
Education and Qualifications
- B.Sc in relevant fields with 1-3 years work experience as a Site Manager,
Generic Skills and Abilities:
- Creative
- Efficient in MS Office
- Pro-Active
- Reporting skills.
Salary
N80,000 monthly.
