Job Description
As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will be working closely within the project teams, defining, planning and implementing innovative business solutions to improve business performance and enhance innovation capability of BROOT Consulting Clients. To help you succeed on the job, you will receive an intense and high degree of coaching and mentoring in client management, business consulting, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
To join us, you must have the following:
- 5 years experience in a related position
- Exceptional qualitative, critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change
- Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities
- Ability to simplify complex solution and ideas effectively both written and verbally
- Business and strategy analysis and development
- Project management support: to project planning and coordination of scope, risk, quality, budget and goal achievement.
- Strong passion for strategy and innovation
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills especially in presenting and defending the selected approach to client.
- Develop and provide cutting-edge solutions to clients along with their case teams
- Strong flair for research and publication
- Able to lead the development and completion of strategy model and translates them into a conclusive storyline for a client presentation/report
- Be willing to grow with the company
Education
- Masters degree in social sciences e.g economics, finance, business administration
