We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Create and update SOPs to ensure we meet ISO and GMP standards
- NAFDAC registration of products as the need arises
- Complete ownership of end-to-end quality control processes of business operations
- Inspecting products and samples using industry-appropriate methods, like examining functionality and comparing standards
- Checking to ensure that products adhere to quality standards and requirements
- Review products produced to ensure it corresponds with products blueprints
- Record inspection reports, production reports, wastages and defects in the quality database
- Train the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Propose improvements to the production process
- Constant research and implementation of quality processes to the company’s processes
- Regular review and update of the company’s quality policy manual in line with current industry knowledge and trends
- Recommend appropriate quality certifications for the company and renewal of existing certificates
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any Social Science discipline from a reputable university
- A minimum of 3 years relevant/cognitive post-Nysc experience in a Quality Control related role
- Up to date knowledge and experience of NAFDAC registration and protocols
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
