We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Plumbing Technician (Plumber)

Role Purpose Statement
- This role is to ensure efficient functioning of plumbing related equipment and maintenance of same.
- The aim is to ensure that these functions are carried out effectively and efficiently, in harmony and in accordance with company’s operational standards and policies
Key Interfaces Internal:
- Office of the Managing Director, Branch Manager, Area Manager Sales, Warehouse; TPL and other business functions.
Key Interfaces External:
- Vendors / Contractors
Main Accountabilities
- Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at all outlets.
- Perform installation of plumbing systems at new outlets
- Inspect previously installed plumbing systems and perform any necessary repairs.
- Maintain and repair damaged dish washers, broken pipes, clogged drains, drainage pipes, sanitary wares, water supply systems etc.
- Maintain boreholes, pumps, and other associated accessories.
- Clear obstructions from sink, clogged drainages, toilets etc.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on time
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- No. of fault attended to and resolved within 24hrs
- No of inspection conducted and concluded within 24hrs
- No. of faulty equipment attended to within 24hrs
- % Of employee satisfaction achieved
- Timely response to faults and repairs
Education, Experience & Technical Skills
- OND / Technical certificate in plumbing or Similar Studies
- At least 3 years proven experience in similar positions having supervisory responsibilities.
Other Required Competencies:
- Sound Knowledge of plumbing
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and air-conditioning systems
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve challenges, painstaking with detail
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and must have the ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills, and basic computer literacy
- Good time management & organizational skills
- Ability to work proactively, organize and manage own work
