Job Title: Operations Lead, Diagnostic Services

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and assets of the clinic relevant to diagnostic services
  • Perform diagnostic staff administrative duties including scheduling, onboarding and training of admin staff, adhoc staff hiring, etc
  • Coordinate all patient scheduling and patient communications relevant to diagnostic services
  • Ensure accurate documentations maintaining privacy and confidentiality of patient data
  • Maintain thorough and accurate record keeping of expenses, revenues, patient data and other business critical information
  • Train staff members on the use clinical software and integration with their processes
  • Coordinate correspondence with government agencies/standards and other related regulatory bodies, ensuring strict compliance to obligations
  • Manage payables and receivables from corporate/organizations and vendors (billing, collection and invoices)

Ideal Profile
Skills Required:

  • Tertiary Education in a reputable institution
  • Degree in Laboratory Science or a related clinical field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management in a diagnostic facility including imaging and laboratory services either free standing or embedded within an inpatient or outpatient clinical facility
  • Experience with scaling facilities and project management is preferred
  • Excellent people and leadership skills
  • Excellent data literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills
  • Strong technical savvy and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records and Project Management tools
  • Strong communication – written and oral
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
