Nett Pharmacy Limited is a pharmaceutical company incorporated in Nigeria as a limited liability company with RC no 481992. We are licensed by the Pharmacists’ Council of Nigeria to engage in the sales and distribution of all types of pharmaceutical products.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Medical Sales Associate
Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Supervise and receiving the merchandising of product and ensure products and shelves are kept clean, free from dust, dirt’s and grease and packs remains wholesome
- Monitor sales associates for expiry date on their assigned shelves
- Supervise the removal of all near expiring products from the shelves
- Ensure products are price tagged and eliminate same products price / price tag and system price discrepancies
- Attend to customers professionally
- Resolve customers complaints
- Zero tolerance for thefts and pilfering by staff and customers. Violators will be persecuted
- Ensure adequate stocking of all products only 5% out of stock situation is allowed. No under stocking / over stocking. Supervise the sales associates to generate an out of stock list.
- Visit the central store at least once weekly for stock update
- Monthly market survey and forward report to CEO
- Procurement of baby supermarket product and ensure adequate product stocking
- Weekly appraisal of sales staff based on KPI and present report to chairman, CEO and HR
- Supervise the cleaner in thorough cleaning of store floor and all gadgets.
- Any other assigned duties
