PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) Nigeria – Our client, a leading Insurance Firm in Nigeria that deals in all types of general and non-life insurance (induding oil & gas), seeks qualified and competent individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Managing Director (MD) / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Nigeria

Requirements
The ideal candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline in the Social Sciences.
• Must be a registered member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria,
• Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK, or any other recognised professional body in Insurance
• At least fifteen (15) years working experience in the insurance industry, with a minimum of eight (8) at a senior management level
• Demonstrated understanding of the Nigerian insurance landscape (i.e. recent developments, growth opportunities, and regulatory requirements) and deep knowledge of insurance technical operations
• Sound business acumen and track record of growing an organisation’s profitability position
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and people management skills
• Extensive experience leading and driving the implementation of Board approved strategic priorities for a business.
