Shoreline Natural Resources was incorporated on 10th December 2010. The company is a joint venture between Shoreline Power Company Limited, a Nigerian Company which has extensive interests in the power sector together with a strong network of relationships and Heritage Oil Shoreline Natural Resources (Nigeria) B.V, a subsidiary of Heritage Oil Limited, which has a strong technical expertise and operations in the upstream sector in Tanzania, Papua, Russia, and New Guinea. Shoreline Natural Resources leveraged on the divestment plans of the Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited to sell its participating interests in some assets located in Nigeria. On 4th November 2012, Shoreline Natural Resources acquired 45% Participating Interest of SPDC in Oil Mining Lease 30 (OML).

Responsibilities
- Liaise with relevant departments on all Joint venture, Operator, and regulators meetings to ensure adequate preparation and representation at such meetings.
- Assist in scheduling various meetings with Partner, Operator, and regulators and in the review of presentation materials for the various meetings.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders for timely responses and actions on issues raised by Partner, regulators, and Operator.
- Communicate with JV partner, operator, and regulator to ensure that appropriate information is conveyed to different stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation or review of reports to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that appropriate information is conveyed from/to the different Stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate and implement improvements within the JV that could improve business performance.
- Re-organise /organise and keep a proper record of all JV correspondence and ensure ease of retrieval
- Attend meetings with JV partner, Operator, and regulators and review all resolutions as necessary and provide recommendations upon liaison with process owner.
- Other duties assigned by supervising personnel.
