Job Summary
- The coordinator is responsible for reaching new parents, engaging & partnering with existing parents, and creating irresistible environments, events & communities where the kids & teens can know God, learn values, and skills, discover & develop their talents, and take the necessary steps in their walk with God.
Job Responsibilities / Principal Duties
- Build and grow the number of children at the children & teens church.
- Create an atmosphere of love & warmth in the children & teens church.
- Create thriving groups where the children can connect & grow.
- Develop themes, programs, and outreaches.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, equipping, and developing leaders and volunteers working in the ministry.
- Provide pastoral leadership to volunteer teams within the unit
- Submit weekly reports to be prepared and forwarded to the admin department on or before 3:00 pm every Sunday.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure parental reach & partnerships.
- Ensure quality ratings of services and events.
- Leadership development.
- Organize and implement approved strategies, programs & plans.
- Achieve overall team goal.
Requirements and Skills
- 3 – 7 proven experience as a head of school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and committed.
- Creative and energetic.
- Strong moral values and discipline.
- Degree in teaching or certificate in education;
