Job Title: Head, Business & Strategy

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We currently seek an experienced individual with a successful performance history to function as Head, Business & Strategy in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Head, Business & Strategy (HBS) will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the business team, providing strategic direction for the Business to ensure the profitability of the organisation monthly.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organisation.
• Developing proposals for clients.
• Foster and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Keeps up to date with the company’s products, services and competitors.
• Ensuring business goals developed are met and surpassed.
• Leading the business team to achieve month on month profitability of the organisation.
• Planning and overseeing effective sales and marketing initiatives.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 4 – 7 years work experience.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent knowledge of the internet and entertainment sector.
• Strong communication skills (written & oral) & IT fluency.
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.

Salary
N250,000 monthly
