To provide support to the Human Resource division by ensuring the provision of time-bound service to employees, offering timely and effective resolution of employee issues and ensuring the standardization of issues resolution within the Group
Job Description
- Serve as first point contact for staff seeking HR
assistance over the phone or email - Ensure all requests received or logged are
effectively resolved within the stated SLA for all
units in HR. - Pass on any feedback or suggestions by staff to
the appropriate HR unit - Walk staff through problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of
support personnel - Determine the best solution based on the issue
and details provided by staff - Prepare and consolidate reports relating to staff
issues / feedback and service delivery and
provide recommendations on suggested
improvement areas which may involve policy /
process reviews - Weekly and monthly report generation on all
issues from the HR Customer Service email box
and the Issues Management System (IMS). - Collaborate with HR teams to administer and
collate employee surveys - Implement employee engagement programs
- Contribute to content development that fosters
social interactions and collaboration between HR
and employees - Ensure the Group exceeds its internal Customer
satisfaction level - Identify and suggest possible improvements on
procedures - Provide accurate information on HR
processes/products/services
Job Experience
At least 2 years relevant / specific experience
