To provide support to the Human Resource division by ensuring the provision of time-bound service to employees, offering timely and effective resolution of employee issues and ensuring the standardization of issues resolution within the Group

Job Description
  • Serve as first point contact for staff seeking HR
    assistance over the phone or email
  • Ensure all requests received or logged are
    effectively resolved within the stated SLA for all
    units in HR.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by staff to
    the appropriate HR unit
  • Walk staff through problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of
    support personnel
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue
    and details provided by staff
  • Prepare and consolidate reports relating to staff
    issues / feedback and service delivery and
    provide recommendations on suggested
    improvement areas which may involve policy /
    process reviews
  • Weekly and monthly report generation on all
    issues from the HR Customer Service email box
    and the Issues Management System (IMS).
  • Collaborate with HR teams to administer and
    collate employee surveys
  • Implement employee engagement programs
  • Contribute to content development that fosters
    social interactions and collaboration between HR
    and employees
  • Ensure the Group exceeds its internal Customer
    satisfaction level
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on
    procedures
  • Provide accurate information on HR
    processes/products/services

Job Experience

At least 2 years relevant / specific experience
