Requirements :
- Senior school certificate exam or its equivalent
- Proven Experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Must be able to work in a flexible schedule including evenings ,weekends and holidays.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Hardworking and willing to learn.
