As a social company, we are motivated to give sustainable solutions to the menstrual problems faced by rural and low income girls/women in Africa. We are producers of washable and reuseable sanitary pads and diapers.

Job Description

  • As an integral member of the Executive Management Team, the ideal candidate will be an accomplished and highly skilled leadership professional.
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, your primary objective will be to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organizationsā€™ sales function.
  • As the companyā€™s most senior sales leader, the GM Sales is accountable for overall sales performance, the profitable achievement of sales goals, enhancing the companyā€™s image and for aligning sales objectives with companyā€™s business strategy.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate substantial experience in providing high level strategic and operational leadership. Additionally, you will possess the following:

  • Proven 5 years experience as a General Sales manager or similar executive role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good knowledge of different business functions and processes.
  • Experience in staff development and value-based leadership Strong commercial business acumen with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Candidate must be willing to stay in Minna, Niger state.
