Workforce Group  – Our client, a reputable commercial bank, is urgently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Locations: Apapa, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Eko, Victoria Island, Lekki & Yaba – Lagos

Job Role

• End-to-end management of Customer Interactions within the Banking Hall.
• This involves up-selling and cross-selling of NIB products and channels; ensuring that content of the correspondence, service levels and resolution of customers’ issues handled are in line with the Bank’s ethics, tone of voice policy as well as meets customer experience SLAs.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of OND / NCE in related course of study

Key Requirement:

• Not above 35 years.
• Vibrant candidate.
• Candidates should have basic digital business knowledge.
• Willing to learn and unlearn.
• The candidate should have the ability to close a sale comfortably.
• Good appearance.
• Great communication skills.
• Great presentation & interpersonal skills.

Salary

N40,000 monthly + commissions and benefits
