We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Services Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Remuneration / Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 / Month.
