We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Company Driver
Location: Abuja
Key Responsibilities
- Drive clients and employees work and other specified locations in a timely manner.
- Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
- Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s).
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as following all company policies and procedures related to safe driving practices.
- Maintain a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
- Drive visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized.
- Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its interior and exterior parts.
- Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
- Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
- Undertake additional and other ad-hoc tasks as may be required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have at least a High School degree – SSCE / OND / HND
- Must have at least two years of experience as a driver within a corporate organization.
- Candidate must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Working knowledge of the rules and regulations involved in the safe and efficient operation of automobiles.
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures.
Compensation
Salary is N75,000 – N80,000 monthly.
