We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Description
This includes:
- Consulting with internal customers (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth.
- Designing and building reports and analyses in Micro Strategy & integrated office.
- Co-ordinate source systems, ETL Developers, and business customers to develop a specification.
- Develop standard reports and functional dashboards.
- Wrangling data from multiple sources including sales, finance inventory, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making using a data warehouse.
- Working with several large and complex SQL databases & ad hoc files.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
- 3 – 5 years IT experience out of which minimum of 3 years solid experience in a SQL environment.
- Good understanding of BI reporting tools such as Toad, Micro Strategy, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Sound knowledge of MS office products – in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Telecoms industry background.
