We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• Assist in overseeing vendor/service providers for the general maintenance of the estates
• Assist in coordinating the estate residence secretariat and periodic meetings
• Planning and scheduling of operatives for operations
• Assist in standardization and adherence to policies and procedures
• Monthly report rendition to the operations manager.
• The ability to drive is an added advantage.
• Call clients for feedback after operations
• Firm leadership of team members for optimal results
• Develop innovations to improve facility management process

Qualification

• HND / B.Sc in Science related course and at least 3 years of working experience in similar industries.
