Job Title: Administrative / Compliance Officer

Location: Lagos
Industry: Ride Hailing

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Administration and Compliance as well as perform the following key activities;
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Schedule and coordinate internal andexternal events
  • Create, update, and monitor companywide compliance with organisational policies
  • Advise Hyride management on the company’s compliance with industry related laws and regulations through detailed reports
  • Assess all Hyridefield and backend operations to determine internal and external compliance risk
  • Conduct process audits, identify loopholes in the Hyride systems and develop timely interventions.

Key Performance Indicators
The Admin / Compliance officer will be appraised by the following parameters:

  • Frequency of audits
  • Incidence of operational system lapses exploited
  • Number of customer complaints
  • Number of internal stakeholder complaints.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences / Arts and Humanities (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
  • 3 – 5 years working experience in Administration, Compliance or Operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication and analytic skills
  • Ideal candidate is organised, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, leads effortlessly, and is wellexperienced in Office Administration and Compliance.
