- Candidates should be holders of Ph.D. Degree from recognized Universities with at least three (3) years teaching, research and ad ministrative experience in a tertiary institution with a minimum of five (5) journal publications without Ph.D. or three (3) journal publications with Ph.D. in both local and international reputable learned journals, plus registration with relevant professional bodies (where applicable).
