The Conservation and Communities Fellowship (CCF), a collaboration between Global Development Fund (GDF), Common Purpose, and The Human Edge, is now accepting applications for the 2025 cohort.This fellowship, designed for leaders from the Global South working at the intersection of biodiversity conservation and community livelihoods, is a fully-funded, 7-month programme that will run from November 2025 to May 2026.This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership, mentoring, and practical skills in conservation and community development. The programme offers a blend of online training and an in-person convening in Kenya in November 2025, along with a supportive network of peers and alumni.

Eligibility:
- The fellowship is open to leaders from Global South grassroots or local organizations that focus on biodiversity conservation and improving community livelihoods. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated individuals who:
- Are passionate about driving positive change in their communities
- Have leadership potential and the ability to assess personal and organizational challenges
- Can articulate their learning needs and are committed to actively participating in both the online sessions and in-person meet-up in Kenya in November 2025
- Candidates must be able to critically evaluate their organizational challenges and demonstrate a desire to expand their leadership and technical capabilities.
