Unilever Nigeria has opened applications for the 2026 edition of the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador (FUCA) Program, a leadership and career development initiative designed to discover, engage, and empower young changemakers across Nigerian universities and polytechnics.
The program offers participants the chance to represent Unilever Nigeria on their campuses while gaining hands-on experience in leadership, innovation, and community engagement. In collaboration with UNICEF, the initiative aims to build a network of young leaders who are passionate about creating positive change and driving youth-focused development.

About the Program
Through the FUCA Program, selected ambassadors will lead projects that promote empowerment, sustainability, and innovation within their campuses. They will also serve as the key link between Unilever Nigeria and their university communities, helping to champion Unilever’s brand campaigns and sustainability initiatives.
Participants will gain access to real-world projects, structured training, and industry mentorship that foster entrepreneurial, communication, and leadership skills, providing a strong foundation for future careers.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian youth aged 16 to 24 years.
- Be a current undergraduate in a recognized university or polytechnic.
- Be innovative, proactive, and passionate about community impact.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to personal growth.
Program Benefits
The FUCA Program will identify and develop 20 exceptional young leaders across Nigeria who embody Unilever’s vision to “Want More, Do More, and Contribute More.”
