Bank of Industry Guaranteed Loans for Women Entrepreneurs (GLOW) Up to ₦50 million

Join Us on WhatsApp

The Bank of Industry (BOI) has launched the Guaranteed Loans for Women (GLOW) — a dedicated fund created to empower women-owned and women-led businesses across Nigeria.

The GLOW initiative provides accessible financing designed to help female entrepreneurs expand their businesses, create jobs, and strengthen their participation in the Nigerian economy.

This initiative forms part of BOI’s broader agenda to promote inclusive economic growth by enabling more women to access credit and business support services without the usual barriers to financing.

The GLOW Fund is designed to close the gender finance gap by providing guaranteed, easy-to-access loans to women who own or lead enterprises in various sectors — from manufacturing and trade to services and technology.

With GLOW, BOI aims to foster gender equity in entrepreneurship, support financial inclusion, and help women-owned MSMEs overcome funding constraints that limit business expansion.

Benefits

Successful applicants will benefit from:
Easier access to credit for business growth
Reduced collateral barriers through guaranteed loan structures
Empowerment and business support under BOI’s inclusive finance initiative
Growth opportunities through strategic mentorship and ecosystem visibility

To be eligible for the GLOW Fund, applicants must:

  • Be women entrepreneurs who own or lead a registered business in Nigeria
  • Operate an enterprise that demonstrates clear potential for sustainability and growth
  • Have verifiable business documentation (e.g., CAC registration, business plan, etc.)
