The Access Bank Youthrive Program represents a pioneering initiative in collaboration with the Vice President’s office, dedicated to empowering individuals and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Focused on capacity development, financial empowerment, and business exchange, this program sets out to positively impact 4 million youths within the next four years.
Capacity Development:
Application Requirements:
Startup: Newly established businesses with less than 12 months of operation.
Business Owner: Established businesses with over 1 year of operation.
Graduate: Tertiary institution degree holders seeking active employment or business ventures.
Non-Graduate: Young individuals with at least a school leaving certificate seeking skill acquisition or business ventures.
Program Pillars:
Capacity Development: Equipping youth with entrepreneurship and employability skills.
Business Exchange: Exceptional Entrepreneurs will be sponsored for Business Exchange Programs in The Netherlands, China, or India.
Access to Funding: Participants gain access to finance through business grants and loans to scale their businesses post-completion of capacity development programs.
Employment: Opportunities for employment exploration post-completion of comprehensive capacity development programs.
