Job Title: Administrative / Human Resources Assistant
Location: Lekki – Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Assist with-end-to-end recruitment including drafting job descriptions, placing job adverts, screening of applications, interview and selection process.
- Support employee travel requirements in co-ordination with the facilities team like Visa, Permit, Travels etc
- Complete various administrative duties from time to time
- Effective fleet management
- Have knowledge of vehicles, generators and other assets to drive seamless process.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Draft policies and other organisational document
- Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems for all staff across business units
- Co-ordinate on-boarding of new staff across business units
- Conduct exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address raised concerns
- Manage company communication system
- Help keep the HR office organized
- Work closely with operations and HRBP’s to ensure that team members have access to required work tools and resources.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
