Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria, the Church started in October 1955 through the endeavors of a missionary couple; Rev and Mrs. Harold Curtis from USA. The registered headquarters in Nigeria is at 62/66 Akinwunmi Street Yaba, Lagos State. The Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria currently has about 4032 churches spread over 154 districts and 824 zones as at September 2018. The District Headquaters located at No 40, Bajulaiye Road, Shomolu, Lagos is inviting qualified candidate to be engaged as administrative secretary of the Church.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Secretary
Location: Somolu , Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Academic Qualification
- ND in Office Technology and Management, Business Administration or Accounting
Other Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Office Technology and Managment, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accountancy.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary with accounting background would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointments scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to undertake basic acounting task such as ledger balancing, book keeping etc
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organisational skills.
Spiritual Requirement:
- He/She must be a born-again Christian with salvational history.
Remuneration
N50,000 – N55,000 Salary Monthly.
