Job Overview
- Our Client is searching for a professional and proactive client services representative with great people skills to help the business prioritize new and existing clientbase.
Job Description
- Conduct business reviews with clients. v
- Develop marketing strategies. v
- Maintain strong business relationship with existing clients and business partners while ensuringtheir needs are being met. v
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being metand where there is room for improvement
- Provide prompt and excellent customer services to all clients. v
- Work closely with various departments on new contracts, programmes or services to beimplemented. v
- Manage and oversees his/her team to ensure that excellent services are provided to clients. Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction. v
- Enlist support from the marketing team to reach new clients. v
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferably Social Sciences.
- 3-5 years of experience with hands-on experience in client service representative. v
- Professional certification in human management/ customer service
- Computer Skillsv
- Smart with pleasant appearance
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills. v
- People management and Problem-solving
Remuneration/Salary
N120,000 – N170,000 Monthly.
