We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Assisting the project engineer in developing work break down structures
- Assisting the project engineer in preparing workshop and as build drawings
- Assisting the project engineer in ensuring that projects are completed according to drawing specifications.
- Providing feedback to project engineers on problems and needs on site.
- Following company guidelines for environmental sustainability practices and maintain company’s reputation by complying with regulations.
- Attending and participate in company training sessions and department staff meetings.
- Assisting the project engineer in implementing operating procedures, resolving system malfunctions, and providing technical information.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng with at least 5 years experience.
- Ability to pick take-off materials form design/workshop drawings.
- Ability to carry out installation and System Testing
- Overseeing technicians and craftsmen
- Safety orientation for workmen on site
- Excellent use of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Excel.
- Resolving Issues on-site with all project stakeholders
- Developing Cost Estimates
- Managing Construction Schedules
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
