We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities; negotiating and closing business deals whilst delivering the highest standards of customer service to our clients to enable us to achieve our business objectives.
  • The individual will also be responsible for the Company’s brand visibility and marketing via digital and other social media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives and look for new, efficient ways to increase the patient base at the clinic.
  • Promote the Clinic’s presence and visibility both online (social media platforms) and offline.
  • Find new business opportunities and other medical-specific projects to enhance Clinic’s expansion.
  • Organize and execute integrated marketing communications projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for the Clinic’s digital presence (website, social media, etc.) brand management, and communications program.
  • Develop connections and referrals with medical professionals, consultants, businessmen, and community leaders.
  • Partner with other dental clinics to handle specialist cases they do not have the in-house capacity to treat.
  • Work with HMOs to refer patients to the clinic.
  • Visit schools to spread awareness and establish a long-lasting connection with the students.
  • Make contact with people who have influence and who can spread the word about the clinic.
  • Construct and deliver executive reports.
  • Market/Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Monitor the Company’s presence on digital platforms and reach out to marketing leads through follow-up and cold calling
  • Take responsibility for creating social media content including weekly newsletters and all outgoing media on behalf of the Company.
  • Form partnerships with other hospitals to receive referrals for dental cases at our clinic.

Person Specification

  • Degree in any related discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Proactive nature.
  • Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
  • Superior knowledge of digital business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Relationship and client management skills

Salary

N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
