We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: QA / QC Welding Inspector
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The Welding inspector is responsible for inspecting and assessing the quality and strength of welding work.
- Their job is to ensure welds are safe and ready to function as part of the device or structure.
- Welding inspectors also inspect the equipment used and ensure welders adhere to company and state safety regulations.
Requirements
- Two (2) years industrial / technical College Diploma plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant inspection experience.
- Driving license is must
- Experience working in Middle East will be an added advantage
- Must pass CBT Test as may be required.
- Holds a valid international certification as a welding inspector in AWS or CSWIP
- Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods
- A good knowledge of applicable international standards
Salary
$5,500 – $6,500 / month.
