Brisktrade Offshore is a leading indigenous company established to provide technical solutions to the Nigerian Oil & Gas, Marine, Energy, and Manufacturing Industries. We provide reliable, cutting-edge services from simple or advanced engineering solutions to Integrity Management and Repairs of Oil and Gas assets through to lifetime extension and decommissioning. Our customers rely on us to have reliable data and specialist solutions to manage their assets and we strive to work collaboratively with clients to share best practices, challenge the status quo, and develop innovative solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Develop technical and commercial knowledge of all our product offerings and services.
  • Identify immediate and long-term needs of clients for company’s products and services on such projects.
  • Define strategy for relating with each customer group and create a Customer Relationship Plan per group
  • Interfacing with industry regulators and follow up on submitted tenders.
  • Generate work orders, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (P0)
  • Effectively manage each customer account tensure sales targets are fully achieved
  • Ensure full payment for all supplies and services
  • Demonstrate consistent sales development success and target – driven achievements.
  • Arrange meetings between Engineering & Procurement Companies and our partners.
  • Liaise between the company and key agencies in the industry such as NAPIMS, DPR etc.
  • Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
  • Gather new intelligence for the preparation of reports, tenders and presentations that will win the company contracts in on-going and up-coming projects.

Key Competencies / Skills Requirements
Qualifications:

  • A good Degree in Engineering, Sales / Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline while MBA as an added advantage.
  • Ability tmanage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability tflourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in similar position in oil and gas sector with records of accomplishment.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

  • Very attractive and highly rewarding depending on Experience and ability to deliver target results.
