Job Description
- We are looking to hire a smart, innovative and creative product marketer to join us in building the future of digital finance through cryptocurrency
- Our ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working in a similar role in the Cryptocurrency/Fintech industry.

You will also drive demand, adoption, retention, and account expansion of the product in a continuous cycle by working with relevant stakeholders and ensuring a seamless and exciting experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the go to marketing strategy for our diverse range of products and ensure smooth execution.
- Lead the development and implementation of compelling messaging across digital or social media as well as managing the end to end process of digital campaigns in order to reach our target audience.
- Maintaining good business relationships and communication with our customer base, taking note and responding to their feedback and carrying out marketing programs to upsell and cross sell our products.
- Plan events, webinars and support paid and social media promotion.
- Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content.
- Responsible for email marketing, guerilla marketing and outbound marketing.
- Responsible digital marketing, SEO and SEM for the organization.
- Oversee the process of product planning and launch of our products.
- You will also be responsible for determining the timeline for each product from plan to execution and creating budgets for a successful execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services we might need.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, utilizing data and insights to create and improve strategies that drive traffic to our content and website.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications / Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- A minimum of 4 years of Product Marketing experience (previous experience in the Crypto/Fintech industry is an added advantage).
- Candidates should be analytically sound and good with figures.
- Good knowledge of content creation/management.
- Written and verbal communication skills to initiate professional and effective contact with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work with relevant product marketing tools such as: Typeform, Usertesting, Trello, Asana, Canva, Sketch, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Ahrefs, Slack and more.
- Strong marketing and campaign management experience.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Planning and prioritizing skills.
- Effective and proven interpersonal skills.
- Good copywriting skills.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
