The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) in collaboration with C-STEMP Skills Training Centre, invite applications from suitably qualified young Nigerians to undertake an intensive four (4) months Training Programme.

Description
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with C-STEMP Skills Training Centre, Enugu invite applications from qualified young Nigerians who are interested in acquiring new skills to undertake an intensive four months training programme in any of the following Trade Areas:
- Plumbing installation and maintenance.
- Electrical installation and maintenance.
- Tiling and decorative stone works.
- Painting and decorations.
Objectives
The training will:
- Equip beneficiaries with employable skills, aligned to the National Occupational Standards that are in high demand locally and globally.
- Make beneficiaries eligible for registration on database for continuous job placement.
- Improve career prospects and self-reliance of the beneficiaries.
The Programme
- The Programme is a non-residential training at C-STEMP Skills Training Centre, Enugu.
- Successful candidates will enjoy free tuition, lunch and a stipend.
- Trainees will undergo a 4-months training and receive instructions in line with our standard training model of blending instruction with practical training as well as an apprenticeship in collaboration with our industry partners.
Requirements
Eligible candidates who must be between 18 and 35 years of age are required to meet the following requirements:
- Must reside within Enugu state.
- Have the requisite documentations for identification in the form of a valid national identity card or alternative;
- Demonstrate interest & commitment to the skills acquisition program;
- Basic literacy, good aptitude and communication skills will be an added advantage.
