Silverado Properties is a Lagos-based Real Estate company that deals in construction, sales and rentals of properties. We also manage properties and facilities, design and supervise projects.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- Pensions and benefits administration
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures
- Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Organising staff training sessions and activities
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or Master’s Degree qualification with 5 – 15 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
