What You’ll Do
- Support existing applications, perform enhancement, maintenance, and software integrations for existing systems.
- Help with project implementation design, and architectural reviews for new projects and enhancements.
- Provides implementation guidelines for stable solution.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Assess current processes to suggest improvements to line manager.
- Ensures team members adhere to organizational coding practices and conventions.
- Assist team members with domain knowledge transfer.
- Review codes of team members and make important improvements.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner.
- Take decisions on best ways to implement certain development tasks.
- Application development for the full lifecycle of software & creating technical specifications
- Software development, modeling, simulation, testing & implement scalable applications.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 4 – 5 years of software development experience, leading teams and projects within a financial institution.
- Knowledge and experience working with C#, .Net, .Net Core, MSSQL, Entity Framework, Hibernate/Nhibernate, API Design
- Ability to transform requirements into solutions.
- Familiarity with OOP design patterns and practices,
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, People management skills, good customer/client relations,
- Good knowledge of repository (Git)
- Previous applications support experience, experience with Microservices & DevOps tools.
